For the firm administrator
You set the firm up and keep its registers current. Most of what the firm decides lives in settings you maintain, and every change is audited.

- 02Set up your firmThe firm's profile, offices, bank accounts, logo and letterhead, completed before anyone else starts work.
- 03Firm settings and numberingThe rules the firm decides, kept as settings with a history, and the pattern every matter, bill, receipt and journal number follows.
- 04Practice areas, matter types and custom fieldsThe areas the firm practises in, the kinds of matter under each with their defaults, and the extra fields the firm wants recorded.
- 05The courts and judges registerThe courts the firm appears before, by class, with their divisions, registries and judges, kept by the firm itself.
- 06Holidays, court vacations and firm closuresThe one calendar that says which days nobody works, which every deadline count and the diary read.
- 07Leave, practising licences and CPDLeave that is decided by somebody else and shows what the absence puts at risk, the firm's practising licences by year, and CPD against the requirement.
- 08Codes and integrationsThe activity, task and disbursement codes time and money are recorded against, and the firm's credentials for mail, text messages and other services.
- 09Roles, permissions and scopesWhat a person may do is decided by the permissions their roles grant, each at a scope, never by the name of their role.

- 12Deleted records and restoreNothing a person deletes is destroyed. It is marked with who, when and why, stays readable on its own page, and can be restored.
