The subscription
What it carries
Hosting and running it
The firm's own deployment and database, run and watched by us. There is no server for the firm to buy or look after.
Kept current
Tax rates, court rules and conduct rules move. Every release reaches the firm's deployment, so nobody runs a copy the law has left behind.
Backups that are restored
Continuous backups, with a restore rehearsed on a schedule so recovery is something done before rather than assumed.
Bringing your records across
Your matters, clients and balances loaded from the spreadsheet or system you use now, a sample first for you to check, then the rest.
Training for everyone
Sessions for the work each person actually does, the help centre to go back to, and follow up sessions afterwards.
Support from a person
Help by WhatsApp, phone or email, monday to friday, 8am to 6pm, with a reply within four working hours.
Pricing
One subscription per firm, set by the firm's size, paid monthly or yearly. Everyone in the firm gets an account: the partners, the associates, the accounts staff and the front desk, with no charge per login. Setup, bringing your records across and the first training are quoted once, with the subscription, before anything is signed.
Because each plan is agreed with the firm, the figure comes with the demo. Ask for one and the quote follows the same week.
If the firm leaves
The data is the firm's. On request it is handed over whole: the database, every document and its versions, and exports in open formats that can be read without us. Nothing is kept back and nothing is stranded in a file only this system can open.
