Never miss a court date. Never lose an hour. Never get client money wrong.
Practice management for Ghanaian law firms, licensed once.

- Built in Ghana
- VAT, NHIL and GETFund computed correctly
- Client account reconciled daily
- Data Protection Act aware
Every firm loses the same three things
Diaries, timesheets and the client account fail quietly, and most firms only learn the size of it at the year end.
- Missed dates
Your diary lives with one person. When she is away, so is your calendar.
A deadline engine computes every date from the court rules and the public holiday list, so the diary belongs to the firm rather than to one desk.
- Court diary
- Deadline engine
- Reminders that escalate to a partner
- Unbilled work
Fee earners recall the month at month end and lose a third of it.
Time is captured as the work happens rather than reconstructed from memory at the end of the month.
- Timers
- Weekly time grid
- Work in progress on every matter
- Client money
You know the client account is right. Can you show it?
Client money sits on its own ledger, and an overdraw is refused at the write rather than found at the audit.
- Per-matter client ledgers
- Overdraw refused at the write
- Three way reconciliation
How it works
Eight screens, one matter
Conflict check
Every proposed party is checked against the whole party register, and the partner's decision and any waiver are kept with the file.

A search on Mensah Holdings Ltd returns two related parties and one closed matter before the file is opened. Matter dashboard
One screen carries the responsible partner, the team, the budget, the next hearing and what the client owes.

Adjei v Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority, GHS 48,500 budget against GHS 31,200 of work in progress. Documents and templates
The agreement the firm drafts every week comes from its own template, filed against the matter with its versions kept.

A share purchase agreement drafted from the firm's template, with the parties and the matter already filled in. Court diary and deadlines
Hearings and filing deadlines are computed from the court rules, and a reminder that goes unanswered escalates to the responsible partner.

Today's hearings and the deadlines counted back from them, on the phone in the corridor outside the courtroom. Time recording
A timer runs while the work happens, and the weekly grid catches the entries a fee earner made away from the keyboard.

A 1.4 hour attendance on the Adjei matter valued at GHS 1,050 from the associate's rate card. Pre-bill and invoice
The partner reviews, writes off or moves every entry on the draft before an invoice leaves the firm.

A draft of GHS 62,400 with VAT, NHIL and GETFund on a common base and the withholding tax noted against the receivable. Client portal and online payment
Clients see their matters and invoices in a portal of their own and pay by mobile money or card, receipted straight to the ledger.

The client opens the invoice from a link and pays GHS 62,400 by mobile money without calling the office. Client account reconciliation
Client money is reconciled daily, so the answer to an auditor is a screen rather than a week of searching.

The bank statement, the cash book and the sum of the matter ledgers agreeing to the pesewa for the day.
And the rest of the practice
Tasks and workflows
Each matter type carries its own steps, so nothing waits on someone remembering.
Conveyancing and company secretarial
Lands Commission and ORC filings tracked as modules of their own.
Reporting
Work in progress, aged debtors and client balances, by partner and by matter.
Sixty seconds, eight screens, one matter from the conflict check to the day's reconciliation.

Built here
It already knows what a Circuit Court is
Practice software written for another jurisdiction is excellent at its own courts and taxes, which are not the ones you appear before or file with.
The courts, already in the system
The hierarchy is seeded from the Supreme Court down to the District Court, with their registries.
Lands Commission and ORC
Conveyancing and company work follow the steps the Lands Commission and the Office of the Registrar of Companies actually require.
Know your customer at intake
GhanaCard and business registration details are captured when the client is opened, not chased later.
Mobile money and cards
Clients pay through Paystack and Hubtel from the phone already in their hand.
Reminders by SMS
A hearing date reaches the client who never opens an email.
Invoices the Ghana Revenue Authority accepts
VAT, NHIL and GETFund are each charged on the correct base and shown the way the Authority expects.
Holidays and vacations in the arithmetic
Every deadline calculation counts Ghana public holidays and court vacations before it gives you a date.
Cedis throughout
Amounts are in Ghana cedis, and withholding tax on professional fees is tracked through to its certificate.
Firms here have bought good software from abroad and then spent years working around the parts that assume a different country. This one starts from yours.
Commercials
One licence. Your own deployment.
You buy the software once, it runs on your own infrastructure, and the firm keeps both the system and the data on it.
- 01Demo45 minutes
An hour with your own files on screen, so the firm judges the real thing rather than a brochure.
- 02LicenceSame week
One agreement, one payment, and the deployment is provisioned in your name.
- 03Setup and data importTwo to three weeks
About two weeks. We load your matters, clients and balances from whatever you keep them in now while the firm carries on working.
- 04Training and go liveOne day, then a week of support
Half a day for fee earners, a day for accounts, then the switch. Nothing stops on the way.
A licence, bought once
Not a subscription that switches the firm off the month a payment is missed. The version you buy keeps running.
Your own deployment
The system runs on infrastructure in the firm's name, not in a shared tenancy beside other practices.
Your own database
One firm's matters in one database, with nobody else's records in it and an export you can take at any time.
No fee per user
Partners, associates, the accounts clerk and the front desk all get accounts. Headcount does not change the bill.
Hosting is paid directly to the provider, at roughly what the firm spends on a few SMS bundles in a month, and the bill is yours to see.
Who can see your files, and how you prove it
Privilege is the firm's obligation and Act 843 makes it a data controller, so the system is built to keep files from the wrong eyes and to show, afterwards, exactly who saw what.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Nothing travels or sits on disk in the clear, including the database and the document store.
Documents behind signed links
Files live in private storage and are reached only through a link that expires minutes after it is issued.
Ethical walls that actually hide
A walled matter does not appear in a search, a list or a report for anyone outside it. There is no refusal to explain away.
An append only audit trail
Every view and every change is written down with who, what and when, and no one can edit the record afterwards. It is the record of processing the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) expects a data controller to keep.
Two step sign in for everyone
Any user can turn it on, by authenticator app or by a code sent to their email.
Backups that have been restored
Backups run continuously and a restore is rehearsed weekly, so recovery is something we have done rather than something we assume.
Who this is for
A good fit
Firms of three to 25 lawyers
Litigation, conveyancing and corporate work running alongside each other, with files that outlive the associate who opened them.
More than one person keeps a diary
Hearings, filing deadlines and appointments that several people enter and everybody else relies on.
Firms that hold client money
Money held for a client belongs in a ledger per matter that someone can check, not in a notebook and a bank app.
Not yet
A sole practitioner with three matters a month
You do not need this yet. A diary and a careful spreadsheet still hold that volume, and the system would ask more of your attention than it gives back.
A firm that wants document storage only
If the whole problem is where the files live, this is heavier than you need. Buy storage, keep the difference, and come back when the diary and the money start to hurt.
Questions partners ask in the demo
The ones that come up before the second screen. Anything else, bring it to the walkthrough.
Can we import our existing matters?
Yes. Setup includes bringing across what you already keep, whether that is a spreadsheet of open files or the export from a system you are leaving. We map your columns to matters, clients and balances with you, load a sample first for you to check, then load the rest.
What happens to our data if we stop using it?
The database is yours and exports in open formats you can read without us, so nothing is stranded in a proprietary file. The licence does not expire either, so if you stop paying for support the system keeps running on your server exactly as it is.
Who hosts it?
You do, on your own server or with a hosting provider you choose, and you pay that provider directly. We can set it up and recommend a sensible option, but the account is in the firm's name and the data never sits with us.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, and not as a shrunken desktop screen. The views a lawyer needs standing in a corridor are built for the phone: today's diary, the matter in front of you, a note, and time recorded before you forget it.
Does it replace our accountant?
No. It gives your accountant clean books instead of a shoebox: every fee, disbursement and receipt posted as it happens, and a reconciliation done daily rather than rebuilt at year end. They still audit, advise and file.
How does the client account reconciliation work?
Every matter has its own client ledger, so you always know what belongs to whom. Each day the system checks three things against each other: the sum of the matter ledgers, the client account control balance, and the bank statement. When they agree you have a statement you can hand to anyone; when they do not, it names the entry that broke it.
Can associates see every matter?
No. Access follows the person's role and the team on the matter, so an associate sees the files they work on rather than the whole firm. Where a conflict needs a real separation, an ethical wall makes the matter invisible to everyone outside it, including in search.
Is training included?
Yes. Training the whole firm is part of go live, not an extra line: partners, associates, the accounts staff and the front desk each get the sessions for the work they actually do. Follow-up sessions come with support afterwards.
See it against your own matters
A 45 minute walkthrough using your own matters. No commitment, and nothing to install to watch it.
