Task guide
Set up your firm
The firm's profile, offices, bank accounts, logo and letterhead, completed before anyone else starts work.
The first time the firm's administrator signs in, the system asks for the firm's details before anyone can use the rest of it. Everything here can be changed later, and every change is recorded.
The profile
Open Settings, then Profile, and complete:
- The firm's name, trading name, registration number and TIN.
- Its addresses, phones, emails and website.
- Its financial year start and default language.

Offices and bank accounts
Add each office, and mark the head office. Add the bank accounts the firm uses, naming which are client accounts and which are office accounts: the books keep client money apart from the firm's own, and they read it from here.
Logo and letterhead
Under Branding, upload the logo once; the system keeps a screen copy and a print copy from the same file.
The letterhead is composed from the firm's own record. Choose which lines appear, their order and alignment, the accent colour, a footer line and the closing block, and see it on an A4 page as you work. If the firm already has a designed letterhead, upload it as an image and it is used instead.
