Your firm's brand
The firm's short name, logos for light and dark, its mark and favicon, its colour, and every change to them kept.
Everything the firm looks like lives in one place: Settings, Profile, Branding. Its tabs are Letterhead, Identity, Email, Signature, Versions (of the letterhead) and History (of the whole brand).
Identity
Identity is edited beside a drawing of where it shows: the sidebar on a light and a dark ground, a button and a link in the firm's colour, a browser tab with the favicon, and the card a pasted link draws.
- Short name. Up to 40 characters. The product uses it wherever room is short: the head of the sidebar, the console's footer, the client portal's bar, the foot of every email, the end of a browser tab's title and a link's preview. Left blank, the trading name is used, then the firm's name.
- Logos. The full logo for a light ground (the one uploaded under the letterhead), the full logo for a dark ground, the square mark (at least 256 pixels a side) and the mark for a dark ground. A variant not set falls back: the dark logo to the light one, the mark to the full logo fitted in a square. The sidebar, the portal and the sign-in pages choose the one that suits the theme and the room.
- Favicon. The picture in a browser tab and on a phone's home screen, drawn from the mark at 16, 32 and 48 pixels, as an icon file, as a 180 pixel Apple icon and as 192 and 512 pixel app icons. Upload a favicon of its own only if it should differ from the mark. Until the firm has a mark or a logo, the product's own icon stands.
- Colour. One colour, used by the letterhead, the client portal, the pages clients reach by a link (intake forms, payments, signing, questionnaires and file requests) and every email. It is never refused. Where it reads below 4.5 to 1 against white, the contrast normal text needs, the screen says so and the system derives the ink a button wears on it (white or near black) and a darker shade for words and links, so a pale colour never makes anything unreadable. The letterhead prints its accents in that readable shade.

Save keeps the name and the colour; a picture is saved as soon as it is chosen.
Link previews
A link to the client portal, an intake form, a payment, a document to sign, a questionnaire or a file request draws a card when it is pasted into a chat or an email: the firm's mark on its colour, its short name and the kind of page. The card is drawn once each time the brand changes. A link that carries a private token says only what kind of page it is; nothing in the preview comes from the token.
History
Every change to any part of the brand, the short name, a picture, the colour, the email sender or domain, the signature or the letterhead, is a numbered version under History, saying in words what changed, who changed it and when. Search by what changed or by who, or choose one part. Open a version to read the brand as that change left it, its pictures included, and choose Restore this to put that part back as it was. Restoring asks first and is itself a new version, so nothing after it is lost. A letterhead version is put back through the letterhead's own versions, and the signature's wording through the signature's. A picture replaced or removed is kept, so an earlier version can always be restored.
