Staff training
Keep the courses the firm requires, such as anti-money laundering, who must take each and how often, record completions with their certificates, and see who is due or overdue.
The Act asks the firm to train its people to recognise and report money laundering. Settings, Compliance, Training keeps what the firm requires and who has done it.
Courses
Under Courses, each course names what it covers, who takes it (everyone on the staff, or chosen roles) and how often it falls due again. A course taken once has no repeat. Stop using sets a course aside without losing its completions.
A new joiner owes each course within the firm's Training due for a new joiner (days) of starting, 30 by default.
Who is due
Who is due lists each person against each course they must take, soonest due first, with Current, Due soon or Overdue. The person is told before a course falls due and again once it is overdue, and their supervisor and the firm's training keepers are told too.

Record a completion
Record completion names the person, the course, the day, the hours and the provider. The certificate is attached from the completion's row under Completions. A person reads their own training on their Standing page, and a person's record shows theirs under Training.
