Reviewing answers

Read a questionnaire's answers beside what the record holds, accept or keep each change, and see what was filed.

A questionnaire's answers never change a record by themselves. Open the questionnaire from the record's Questionnaires list, or from the notification that it was answered.

Changes to the record

Each answer that would fill a detail of the record reads beside what the record holds now: On the record now and Answered, side by side, or one above the other on a phone.

  • Accept writes the answer into the record.
  • Keep leaves the record as it is.
  • Accept all marks every change accepted, to review and finish.

An answer that already matches reads Already on file. One about a detail this record does not have, such as an enquiry's field answered on a matter, reads Not a detail of this record and is kept. A sealed detail the firm holds, such as a date of birth, reads On file, not shown: the review never reveals it.

Finish review asks before it writes. Anything left undecided is kept. Each accepted change is made as you, through the same checks as a change made by hand, and the audit trail records what was accepted and what was kept.

Everything they sent

Answers lists every answer in the order asked, and the files they uploaded. A file is filed on the record once the virus check clears it; one refused by the check says so and is never filed. The rail shows who it was sent to, when, the version of the questionnaire they answered, and the PDF filed with their answers.
