The property register

Record each piece of land or building the firm's transactions are over, with its survey and registry particulars, what burdens it and every matter it has been on.

A property outlives its matters. Properties in the sidebar is the firm's register of them, searched by name, locality, plot, parcel or certificate and narrowed by region, tenure, use and whether anything burdens it.

Record a property

Choose New property and record where it lies (region, district, locality, street and GhanaPostGPS), how it is held (tenure, whose land, the allodial owner of customary land, its use and size), its survey numbers and its registration. A leasehold carries its term in years. A property recorded from a matter being made goes back there with the property chosen.

What burdens it

Each mortgage, lease, caveat, court order, easement or charge over the land is an encumbrance, in favour of a party on the register. Record its discharge, and the matter that discharged it, when it ends; a registered release on a conveyancing matter records it for you.

Its history

The property's page lists every matter it has been on, newest first, with its part in each transaction, and the title originals the firm holds for it. A matter the reader may not open is named as withheld.
