Task guide
The calendar and court diary
Put hearings, meetings and internal events in the diary, repeat them, and read the court diary grouped by court and time.
Add an event
- Open Calendar and choose New event.
- Choose the kind: a hearing, a meeting or an internal event.
- Set the time, the attendees, the matter and the place. A hearing must name both its matter and its court, because the court diary is drawn from them.
- Mark it private if it is nobody else's business.
If an attendee is already booked at that time, you are warned before saving.

Repeating events
An event can repeat daily, weekly on chosen weekdays, monthly or yearly, until a day or for a number of times. To change a repeating event, choose whether the change is for this occurrence, this and the ones after it, or the whole series. Cancelling works the same way and asks for a reason.
Views
Week, day, month and agenda, narrowed to your own events, your matters' teams or the whole firm, and by matter, court, kind or person. Leave, court vacations and holidays show in the same diary.
The court diary
Calendar, Court diary groups the hearings in a window by court and then by time, with the matter and the counsel attending. Print it daily or weekly for the clerk's desk.

Your calendar elsewhere
Your own calendar is available as a feed you can subscribe to from another calendar app. The firm's diary remains the one that counts.
