System health and alerts
See whether the firm's deployment is healthy, which release it runs, and the operational alerts that need someone's attention.
Health
Settings, System health shows whether each part of the deployment is working: the database, the background jobs, the file store, and the services the firm's integrations connect to.
Releases
Releases lists the versions the deployment has run, newest first, with what each changed. We keep every firm on a current release, so the law the system applies does not fall behind.
Alerts
When something needs a person, such as integration credentials about to expire, a file that failed its virus scan, or a failed nightly check, the system raises an alert. Alerts reach the firm's administrators in the app, and by email or text message where they are serious.
- Open Alerts to see what is open.
- Open an alert to read what happened and what to do.
- Acknowledge it once someone is dealing with it, so others know.
Sign in attempts
Settings, Security lists recent sign in attempts across the firm, including failures, so an administrator can see an account under attack and unlock one that is locked.
