Intake reports

See how many enquiries became matters and how fast, how quickly prospects were answered, how long enquiries sat in each stage, how many consultations were missed, and why enquiries were lost.

Reading a report

Open Client intake, Reports. Each report reads the enquiries received in a window, the year to date until you choose another, over at most a year. Narrow any of them by pipeline, practice area, lawyer, office, channel and source, and Export it as a CSV file with a total line. A figure that cannot be measured, such as a median over no enquiries, reads as not measured rather than nought.

The five reports

  • Funnel: enquiries received, how many became matters, the conversion rate, the median time to convert, how many were lost and how many are still open. Group by source, practice area, lawyer, office, channel or month.
  • Response: the median time to the firm's first response and the share answered within the target, by owner, office or channel.
  • Stage times: for one pipeline, how many enquiries entered each stage, the median time and the slowest tenth, and how many are still in it.
  • Consultations: booked, held, no shows, cancelled and moved, and the no-show rate, by lawyer or month.
  • Lost: enquiries closed without a matter, by outcome and reason.

What you see
